Dad and me sharing a laugh

Mt Rainier looking her finest
We timed this trip so that I'd have my Birthday there-what better place? (okay, maybe on a ship, but I'm very happy with being home in Seattle, thankyouverymuch) and I was surrounded by good friends, and lots of cats. I certainly was missing a couple (you guys will have to come up after we get the house, Kat!)

Two of the three, Spider and Diva
And we were even visited by some very special friends:

Immature eagle

Immature eagle again
We were able to see the parents flying around too-it was an incredible gift to be visited by bald eagles on any day. This was really very special and significant. I'm still thinking about it.
We were able to go to Pike Place market again and where we parked, we saw this amazing work of art:

The Leopard Bernstein car!
This car is a mobile work of art...here's the link to check it out: Leopard Bernstein
Check out the ears!! Here's another shot with detail (Yes it does have a tail too)

I can't say that I've seen anything like it, ever!
After a too-short number of days, it was time to get back on a somewhat newer than-the-last MD-83 and head back south for a few months or so. Here's a good shot of Helen smoking:

I'm done blabbing for now LOL!

Glad you had a good time.
